Opening Draw
The Towson women's lacrosse team has a quick turnaround following Friday's game as the Tigers travel to James Madison for today's game. First draw is set for 1 p.m. with the Towson Sports Network broadcasting the game. Zach Maskavich will handle the call.

Updating the Tigers
The Tigers opened up a 6-0 halftime advantage en route to a 10-4 win at George Mason on Friday night. Junior midfielder Rhiannon Coogle continued her hot play with four goals and an assist to lead the Tigers. Sophomore attacker Sarah Maloof came off the bench to contribute two goals and an assist. Maloof's 23 points and 13 assists lead the team in those categories this season. Coogle has tallied a team-high 19 goals this season. Sophomore attacker Paige Duncan leads the Tigers on the draw with 20 this season. Sophomore Kelsea Donnelly enters today with a 10.01 goals against average and a save percentage of .420.

Scouting the Dukes
James Madison is coming off an 8-4 win over Delaware on Friday night to improve to 2-0 in Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) play. Jaci Gordon led the Dukes with a pair of goals in that game while Ali Curwin had a goal and an assist. Casey Ancarrow leads the Dukes' offense attack this season. Ancarrrow has 40 points and 33 goals in 11 games this season. Amy Roguski has contributed 17 goals and five assists. Schylar Healy leads the Dukes in goal this season. Healy has posted a 9.64 goals against average and a .502 save percentage entering Sunday.

Towson-James Madison Series History
Today's game will be the 32nd meeting all-time between the two schools. James Madison leads the series 22-9, however the TIgers have won two straight in the series. That win streak by the Tigers includes an 8-7 victory in last year's CAA Championship game. Kelly Custer led the Tigers with three goals in the championship game. The last six meetings in the series have been decided by three goals or less.

Rolling On
Junior midfielder Rhiannon Coogle turned in another strong performance for the Tigers on Friday night. Coogle was coming off a six-goal performance at Delaware that earned her CAA Player of the Week honors on Monday. She followed up that performance with four goals in the win over George Mason. It was Coogle's second straight hat trick and fifth of her career. She is the first Tiger since Jess Dunn in 2010 to score 10 goals in two games.

Closing in on the Big 1-0-0
Senior midfielder Ashley Waldron had a pair of goals for the Tigers on Friday night at George Mason. That gave Waldron eight points this season and 91 points for her career. Waldron needs nine more points to become the first Tiger since Brit Woodfield and Nikki Marcinik to reach 100 points for their career. Woodfield and Marcinik each reach the 100 point plateau during the 2009 season.
