The Towson University women's golf team heads to Georgia to conclude its 2018 fall schedule. The Tigers will compete in the Idle Hour Golf Club Collegiate Championships Monday and Tuesday. In a tournament hosted by Mercer University, the Tigers are excited to play against different opponents and play on another beautiful course.
Idle Hour Golf & Country Club – Macon, Ga.
54 holes (36 Monday, 18 Tuesday). Shotgun starts on both days. Monday starts at 7:50 a.m. and Tuesday's final round commences at 7:50 a.m.

, Cincinnati, Eastern Kentucky, Georgia Southern, James Madison, Lipscomb, McNeese State, Mercer, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Toledo, Troy, UNCG and Western Carolina.
Last Time Out: Sarah Perine

finished among the top 30 golfers to lead Towson University at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational. Perine, who was two-over on the front nine, shot a weekend 230 to finish tied for 25th overall. Han was tied for 29th overall after shooting a 231 for the weekend. Julia Calomiris
shot 232 to finish tied for 32nd overall. Towson finished with 10th overall with an overall score of 928.
Head Coach Lisa Ferrero Says: "
It is really exciting playing new tournaments. I planned this event last year because the field had a lot of talented teams. We are excited to play and travel to warm weather. The team has been playing well and we worked on a lot of things over the last two weeks at practice. This will be a great event for us."
In the Community:
The Towson women's golf team was one of several athletic teams that volunteered in the recent Autism Speaks Walk that was held at Johnny Unitas Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 14.
This concludes Towson's fall season. The spring schedule will be released at a later date.
