Tigers Ready To Host Towson Invitational Monday

 
TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's golf team begins its 2018-19 season by hosting the Towson Invitational Monday and Tuesday.
 
Once again, the Eagle's Nest Country Club in Phoenix, Maryland will serve as the host of this year's event. Eagle's Nest Country Club is a 6,162-yard par 72 course.
 
Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday. Teams will have tee times starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday and 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Shotgun starts each day.

The Tigers will be aiming to win their fourth consecutive championship at this tournament.    
 
Towson's roster this season features five returnees and three talented newcomers.
 
Competing for the Tigers this weekend are Sarah Perine, Julia Calomiris, Jordan Cornelius, Erica Han and Josephine Jung. Jenny Buchanan and Jayla Kang will play as individuals for the Tigers.
 
The Tigers welcome Monmouth, St. Francis, Princeton, Lehigh, Hampton, Delaware St., Fairfield and Long Island University Brooklyn to the three-round event.
