Junior faceoff specialist Alec Burckley was named as the Towson Athletics Male Athlete of the Week after his career outing against Drexel. The Basking Ridge, New Jersey native won 16 of his 21 faceoff attempts, resetting his career high. The Ridge High School product went on to grab a season-high nine groundballs along the way as Towson bested the Dragons 11-7 in the program's first win over Drexel in the regular season since the 2010 campaign.
