A reference to the local accent and “Baltimorese” dialect, the “Goh Tigers” initiative connects the Towson Athletics brand to its surrounding community. Featuring our lovable mascot, Doc the Tiger, the “Goh Tigers” represents the next chapter in Towson Athletics branding, while connecting the brand to our institution’s rich history as a proud provider of higher education to the great Baltimore area and beyond.


Goh is in our DNA.
It’s the first time you saw the clock tower at Stephens.
It’s your first trip to Johnny U. You can find it in Baltimore, Hon, Or even down the ocean.
Goh is crab cakes and football
And it courses through our veins like Old Bay Goh is Maryland And we…We are Towson. From the Eastern Short to Fells Point, From York Road to Annapolis,
Goh is what gets us up in the morning
It might come out Goh, Or maybe just go But with the Black & Gold behind you Either will do. The future is here, Tigers.
