Brian Fobbs had his second consecutive 25-point outing for the Tigers during their 70-64 loss to Vermont on Friday night. Fobbs was 8-for-13 from the field, 2-for-4 from 3-point distance and 7-of-7 from the foul line. According to CollegeBasketballReference.com and reporter Patrick Stevens, Brian Fobbs is the second player under Pat Skerry to score 25 or more points in consecutive games. Zane Martin scored 35 points against William & Mary and 32 against Elon on Jan. 25 & 27, 2018. Fobbs is averaging 25 points on 62.1 percent shooting (18-for-29) in his last two games. Fobbs has scored 16 points in the second half of Towson’s last two games. He leads Towson in scoring with a 14.1 point per game average.
