In two games last week, Davis averaged 15.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game, canning 60 percent of his shots (12-for-20). In a 70-53 win over crosstown rival Loyola, Davis put up 12 points along with four boards. In the Tigers’ second win of the week, a 90-87 result over visiting Fairleigh Dickinson University, Davis logged his fourth double-double of the season, stacking up 18 points and 13 rebounds. He added two blocked shots over the Knights as well. The FDU game wrapped up a six-game home stand for the Tigers, who went 4-2 over that stretch. Davis averaged 13.8 points and 8.0 rebounds an outing in the stand, putting up three double-doubles.
