Fenner continued to be the anchor of the Towson defense as he intercepted a pair of passes against No. 14 Villanova. He added five tackles for a defense that did not allow a completion in the second half. The interceptions for Fenner marked the first time a Tiger had two interceptions in a game since the 2015 season finale against Rhode Island. Fenner is currently tied for the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) lead with three interceptions, with all three coming at home.
