TOWSON, Md. – Senior T.J. Farley won a pair of individual events, but a strong effort by visiting Loyola (Md.) allowed the Greyhounds to escape Burdick Pool with a 165-123 victory over the Tigers on Saturday afternoon.
Farley finished first in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:11.05 before winning the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:11.70.
Freshman Wade Boarman, who won a pair of events against George Mason last Saturday, earned a victory in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 53.35 seconds. Meanwhile, senior Devin Kirby won the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:58.87. Kirby also placed second in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:02.62.
Sophomore Wesley Foltz earned a second place finish in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 53.12 seconds.
Senior Bradley Bolin swept both diving events for the Tigers. He tallied 201.55 points in the one-meter event before scoring a season-high 287.55 points in the three-meter event.
The Tigers will finish the regular season next Friday when they host Johns Hopkins in a non-conference dual meet at Burdick Pool at 1 p.m.
