BOX SCORE Two touchdowns on both sides of the ball helped lift the Towson football squad to a 28-21 Homecoming win over visiting Villanova Saturday night under the lights at Johnny Unitas Stadium. In a game televised by the American Sports Network, the Tigers (4-3, 2-2 CAA) got a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown from Connor Frazier, including a 78-yard scamper. Later, the Tigers returned two interceptions to the house, the first time Towson has scored two pick-sixes in a single game since Nov. 3, 2003 as Chris Tedder and Romell Haley returned picks for 34-yards and 86-yards, respectively.

The official Social Sunday hashtag for the week was #KnockoutNova, with plenty of homages to the 1980s as Towson sported throwback T decals on its helmets for the conference win.
