Head Coach Rob Ambrose"I give a lot of credit to William & Mary. They are a veteran oriented team. They did a great job against our defense. I thought we played well at times defensively. Offensively, we just shot ourselves in the foot too many times. We can't get in the red zone twice, get down to the one and have a penalty take it away. Then throw a pick in the red zone when you don't need to. Too many mistakes to beat the No. 7 team in the country.
"I am proud of my kids. They fought hard and we had a chance to win the ballgame, but we can't make those kinds of mistakes."
The Tigers close out the regular season Nov. 21 when they host Rhode Island on Senior Day. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at Unitas Stadium.
In a partnership with the Maryland Food Bank, all fans are encouraged to bring canned food items to the game. Canned good will be accepted at all gates to Unitas Stadium.
