Delaware. First serve from the Bob Carpenter Center in Newark, Delaware is set for 7 p.m. Live stats and video links are available via the schedule page of TowsonTigers.com. Fans can also follow the Tigers on Twitter (

Looking at the Tigers: Towson is coming off a 3-1 win over VCU in its home opener on Tuesday night. Five Tigers recorded double-digit kills in that match and that group was led by senior

Maria Bellinger leads Delaware on the season with 124 kills and 44 digs. Jenkins has contributed 95 kills and 138 digs.
Julia Anderson has handed out 361 assists while
Taylor
Hollingsworth has posted 222 digs. Â
Series History: The Tigers renew one of their longest running rivalries on Saturday night as it will be the 79th meeting all-time between the two squads. The series is tied at 39-39 after the two teams split their two meetings last season with each team winning a five-set battle on the road.
Balanced Attack: One of the keys to success for the Tigers on Tuesday night was a balanced attack. Senior
Jessica Lewis (18), sophomore
Jocelyn Kuilan (13), redshirt senior
Candace Steadman (10), sophomore
Carola Biver (14) and senior
Lindsay Flaherty (10) all recorded double digit kills in the match. It was the first time since last Nov. 6 at Hofstra that the Tigers had five players record double digit kills in the same match.
Seeing Double: Three Tigers recorded a double-double in the win over VCU. Sophomore
Jocelyn Kuilan had 13 kills and a career-high 14 digs for her second double-double of the year. Freshman
Marrisa Wonders posted a career-high 55 assists and 12 digs for her team leading seventh double-double of the year. Senior
Jessica Lewis finished with 18 kills and 11 digs for her sixth double-double of the year. The Tigers, who have received 19 double-doubles this season, are 6-2 when they have a player with a double-double this season.
This One Counts: The real test begins for the Tigers as CAA action gets underway Saturday night. The Tigers are 10-4 in CAA openers since joining the conference for the 2002 season. Towson is 2-3 when playing its CAA opener on the road and 3-3 when matched up with Delaware in the CAA opener.
Welcome to the Block Party: Seniors
Lindsay Flaherty continues to provide the Tigers with a serious blocking threat at the net. Last year Flaherty recorded the 300th block of her career, becoming the 10th player in program history to reach that mark. Flaherty has 50 blocks in 50 sets played this season. Flaherty enters play this weekend needing just 27 more blocks to move into the top five for career blocks at Towson. She would also become the sixth player in program history to record over 400 blocks in her career.
Up Next: The Tigers return home for a three-match home stand which begins Friday, Sept. 30 against College of Charleston. That contest will be the Tigers'Â "Hometown Heroes" match and all military personnel and first responders can receive free tickets for the 7 p.m. contest.
