The Second Season Begins: Towson makes its fourth straight appearance in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Tournament when the semifinals begin on Friday afternoon. Towson takes on the winner of No. 3 James Madison at 4 p.m. from the campus of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. I'm Honored: After a strong performance in the regular season, the Tigers were rewarded as the CAA announced its end of the year awards. Senior
Julymar Otero earned First Team All-CAA accolades. Otero, who ranks second in the nation with six triple-doubles this season was honored for the first time in her career. Junior
Jocelyn Kuilan grabbed a spot on the Second Team All-CAA. She picked up all-conference accolades for the third straight year after leading the team in kills and aces. Redshirt junior
Anna Holehouse was selected Third Team All-CAA. Holehouse, who ranks third in the league in digs per set, was honored for the second time in her career.
Against Our Opponent: As the second seed, Towson will face No. 3 James Madison in Friday's semifinals.
Towson leads the all-time series with James Madison, 28-27 after sweeping the regular season series from the Dukes.
Julymar Otero posted a triple-double in each of the Tigers' wins over the Dukes this season. Towson is 1-2 all-time versus James Madison in the CAA Tournament with the Dukes grabbing wins during the 2014 and 2016 tournaments.

Don Metil. The Tigers will be looking for a win in the semifinals, which would allow them to reach the championship match for the first time since the 2005 campaign.
Triple the Action: Senior
Julymar Otero recorded her sixth triple-double of the season on Nov. 6 against James Madison. She finished with 15 kills, 27 assists and 14 digs in the win over James Madison. It was Otero's second triple-double against the Dukes. She had a season-high in kills in the contest. Otero currently ranks second in the nation in triple-doubles this season.
Can You Dig It? Towson finished with 118 digs in last Monday's win over James Madison. The Tigers set the school record for digs in a single-match during the rally scoring era. It also marked the second straight match, the Tigers recorded 100 or more digs. Redshirt junior
Anna Holehouse led the way with 45 digs while junior
Carola Biver and sophomore
Annie Ertz finished with 22 and 20 digs, respectively. All three Tigers recorded their career-high for digs in the match.
Aces are a Tigers' Best Friend: Towson knocked down nine service aces in the regular season finale against Delaware. Five Tigers recorded at least one service ace and that group was led by sophomore
Silvia Grassini who had three. Towson has now recorded multiple service aces in all but four matches this season. In 10 of those contests, the Tigers have recorded seven or more service aces. Six Tigers have recorded 10 or more service aces this season and junior
Jocelyn Kuilan leads the squad with 37 service aces.
Tiny Tiger Plays Big Defense: Redshirt junior
Anna Holehouse has proven to be a strong force on defense for the Tigers again this season. After setting the school record for single-match digs against James Madison, Holehouse chipped in 15 more digs against Delaware. That raised her season total to 544 digs. Holehouse is the first player in program history to record over 500 digs in two seasons as a Tiger.
In Sunday's win over Delaware, Holehouse passed
Stacy Humphries for second place on the career digs list at Towson. She enters the CAA Tournament with 1,622 career digs and needs just 247 digs to tie
Paige Sekerak (1,869 career digs) for the program record.
