Quotable
Towson head coach Pat Skerry on the victory.
"I am proud of our guys because we were able to beat a good ball club that I know is going to win a lot of games this year. We played pretty good the last 10 minutes. We tried to pride ourselves on defense, but they are a hard team to guard."
Skerry on Fobbs and Howard
"They both had good games and that's what we are going to need from them. They've had to grow up quickly for us in order for us to have success."
Fobbs on adjusting to Towson after transferring into the program.
"It's definitely hard at first because you're learning to play with different guys and players with different skill sets. We try to work everyday as a team to get better because it is tough. Sometimes we may make it look easy, but it's hard especially with 10 new guys. We are a work in progress and it may take a while, but this game definitely helps."
