TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University football team has announced that it has added a 12^th game for the 2019 season, taking on North Carolina Central (NCCU) on Saturday, September 7^th.
 
This game will be the home opener for Towson in the 2019 season at Johnny Unitas® Stadium.  Time of the game will be announced at a later date.
 
Towson's 2019 schedule now has six home games, the first season since 2015 where the Tigers have six regular season games scheduled at Unitas Stadium.
 
Towson and NCCU last met in 2014, the conclusion of a home-and-home against the Eagles.  Towson won both contests, including 31-20 in 2014 at Unitas Stadium.
