Towson Heads To George Washington For Wednesday Tilt

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University men's basketball team begins December by making the short 60-mile trip to the nation's capital to face George Washington at the Charles E. Smith Center.

Opening Tip
  • This is Towson's first road game since Nov. 6 at fourth-ranked Virginia.

A Look At George Washington
  • George Washington dropped a 73-52 decision at Princeton on Saturday. The Colonials have lost two straight games.
  • D.J. Williams led GW with 17 points. Terry Nolan Jr added 11 points and Maceo Jack added nine points and seven rebounds.
  • The Colonials have scored less than 60 points in three of their last four games.
  • Williams, an Illinois transfer, leads the Colonials in scoring (13.4). Nolan Jr (10.5) and Arnaldo Toro (10.1 ppg., 9.3) are GW's other double digit scorers.
