TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University volleyball team faced Stony Brook in the opening round of the CAA Championship on Thursday evening. The Tigers swept the Seawolves in straight sets, setting up tomorrow's semifinal match against the #2 seed Delaware Blue Hens.
Victoria Barrett led the field with 19 kills.
Zyare Abdul-Rahim and
Ylenia De Mango were second and third in the match with 12 and 8, respectively.
