TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University volleyball team faced Delaware in the semifinal round of the CAA Championship on Friday evening. After taking the first set 25-12, the Tigers (24-6, 14-4 CAA) dropped the next three sets by two points to fall to the Blue Hens (20-6, 15-3 CAA) three sets to one. With the result, Delaware advances to the CAA Championship Final tomorrow at 4 p.m. vs. Charleston.
Victoria Barrett recorded her eight double-double of the season with 14 kills and 12 assists.
