TOWSON, Md. – On Sunday, May 19, four of the best NCAA men's lacrosse teams will battle at Johnny Unitas® Stadium for a chance to go to Championship Weekend, and tickets are available for these top flight games.
Towson University, the reigning Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) champion and ranked No. 12 in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Coaches Poll, is looking to be one of those teams in the NCAA quarterfinal round. Should Towson men's lacrosse defeat 4-seed Syracuse on Sunday, May 12, the Tigers would play the quarterfinal round in front of the Unitas Stadium home crowd against the winner of 5-seed Denver-Michigan.
The other game at Unitas will feature the winner of 3-seed Johns Hopkins-Lehigh and 6-seed Virginia-Saint Joseph's.
In total, all eight teams who could compete in Towson on May 19 stand nationally ranked in the top-18 of the USILA Coaches Poll.
