LAWRENCE, Kan. –
Dylan Williamson became the 31st player in Towson history to score 1,000 points as he put up 19 points in a 73-49 loss to Kansas in Allen Fieldhouse on Tuesday.
Williamson scored 14 in the first half to head into the locker room with 1,000 career points

- Five players had three offensive rebounds for Towson.
- Jack Doumbia Jr. had eight points and eight rebounds.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Kansas jumped out to a 13-3 lead by the first media timeout.
- The rest of the half was played even with Kansas coming into the half up 11.
- Tyler Schmidt scored the first bucket of the second half to cut the deficit to single digits before going on a 7-0 run to grab a sixteen point lead.
- The Jayhawks would grow their lead to 25 and maintain that to come away with the 24 point victory.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- This is the first game this season where only one player has scored in double figures.
- Prior to UCF, at least three players scored in double figures every game. In the past two games, a combined three players have scored in double figures.
- Towson moves to 0-4 all-time against KU and 0-3 in the Pat Skerry era.
