Towson, Md. - The Towson University Tennis team is ready to play two matches this week. On Friday, the Tigers host Johns Hopkins at Coppermine – Bare Hills at 6PM. The next morning, Towson Tennis will travel to Annapolis to face off against Navy at 10AM.

Johns Hopkins Scouting Report
The Blue Jays currently sit at a 2-1 record. The team opened its season with a doubleheader against North Carolina Wesleyan (7-0) and Christopher Newport (6-1) in October, winning both. Johns Hopkins traveled to Lexington, Va. earlier this week to face off against Trinity (TX), where they dropped 4-3.
Navy Scouting Report
Navy opened its season with a pair of wins against St. Bonaventure (6-1) and Saint Francis (7-0). The Midshipmen lost its next five matches to VCU (3-4), Richmond (3-4), Liberty (1-6), George Washington (2-5) and Virginia Tech (0-7). Navy broke its losing streak with a win against Villanova (4-3) but dropped to Delaware (1-6) the same day in a doubleheader. The Midshipmen are currently on a two-game winning streak defeating Tampa (5-2) and Air Force (4-2). Navy is set to host Wake Forest Fri, Feb. 21 before facing off against Towson Sat, Feb. 22.
Next Match
The Tigers will travel to Williamsburg, Va. on Saturday, Mar. 1 to take on William & Mary at 1PM in their first CAA conference match of the spring season.
