  • Avery Wissmar entered to pitch for Georgetown in the 4th and only allowed one hit over the next three innings.
  • Dayanara Campos and Hollie Pardini hit back-to-back doubles to start the bottom of the 4th scoring a second Hoya run. Consecutive groundouts allowed Pardini to advance to third and score to make it 7-3 Towson after the 4th.
  • Strittmatter hit a one-out double in the bottom of the 5th and the next batter Sammy Felton hit an RBI single to cut Towson's lead to three.
