TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University baseball team hosted George Mason on Tuesday afternoon in the last of three matchups in the 2025 season.
The Patriots (21-12) took an early lead in the second inning, scoring nine runs on seven hits in the frame. The Tigers (12-21) got one back in the home half and scored two in the fifth, but runs in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings for George Mason lifted the Patriots to a 15-3 win in seven innings.

- Towson starter Jace Cunnane (0-1) took the loss, allowing nine runs, two earned, on nine hits and two walks in two innings pitched. Cunnane struck out one and walked two.

- Cunnane left the three runners stranded in the top of the first, with Raymond's fly out to left field ending the frame.
- The Patriots posted nine runs on seven hits and four errors in the top of the second inning to take an early lead.

- George Mason added two more runs on five hits in the top of the fourth to push its lead to 11-1.
- The Patriots extended their lead to 11 on an infield single in the top of the fifth.
- The Tigers added two runs in the bottom half, scoring one on Brady Nathison's ground out and another on the subsequent wild pitch.
- Back-to-back hits, a triple and home run, gave the Patriots a 15-3 lead in the top of the sixth.
- The Tigers left three stranded in the bottom half and didn't score in the seventh to fall 15-3 to the Patriots in seven innings.
