TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University men's and women's swimming and diving teams hosted UMBC for the final dual meet of the season. On senior both the men's and women's teams earned wins as the Tigers swept the Retrievers.

How it Happened: Women
- Shannon Parrau swept the boards with winning scores of 281.63 in the 1 meter dive and 303.38 in the 3 meter dive.
- Addie Scott, Riley Willett, Julianna Wahl and Bjartey Gudmundsdottir started off the swim events with a win in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:42.79.
- Danielle McCarthy touched the wall first in the 1000 free with a time of 10:26.40.
- Ryland Zuniga took first in the 200 free posting a time of 1:51.99.
- Scott got her second win of the day as she took the 100 back with a time of 56.59.
- Riley Willett won the 100 breast with a time of 1:02.72.
- Britney Denny took the win in the 200 fly posting a time of 2:06.68.
- Denny made it two in a row as she swam 2:20.72 to win the 200 breast.
- Kaitlyn Besner swam a time of 5:01.92 to secure the win in the 500 free.
- Willett earned her second win of the day as she claimed the 100 fly in 55.26.
- Zuniga, Scott, Gudmundsdottir, and Summer Bontrager ended the day with a 3:25.16 time to win the 400 free relay.
How it Happened: Men
- Sam Tennell placed first on both boards scoring 321.68 on the 1 meter dive and 332.33 in the 3 meter dive.
- Sean Colson, Jed Garner, Benjamin Eischeid and Daniel McLaughlin won the 200 medley with a time of 1:27.71.
- Christian Davidson got the win in the 1000 free swimming a time of 9:26.42.
- Colson secured win number two as he claimed the 100 back in 48.74.
- Jed Garner got the win in the 100 breast with a time of 54.22.
- Anthony Mortellite won the 200 fly swimming a time of 1:50.65.
- Isak Brkanovic got the win in the 50 free at 20.65.
- Colson completed his sweep of the back events as he swam 1:45.65 to win the 200 back.
- Garner then earned his sweep of the breast events as he won the 200 breast with a time of 1:57.56.
- Davidson got his second distance win of the day as he took the 500 free in 4:32.12.
- Eischeid won the 100 fly swimming a time of 48.69.
- Mortellite got his second victory of the meet as he secured the 400 IM in 4:00.88.

The Tigers are back in action next weekend, select swimmers will be entering the Cavalier Invite hosted by the University of Virginia from Thursday, February 5-Saturday, February 7. Saturday will also see Towson host the Towson Diving Invite at 10 a.m. at Burdick Pool.
