TOWSON, Md. – Towson University women's soccer will play Stony Brook on Sunday to open up the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) home schedule. After open conference play with three matches on the road, the Tigers play five of the last six matches at home include four straight starting with Stony Brook.

Towson won both matches last week to move to second in the North Division. Last Thursday, Towson defeated William & Mary 2-0 and three days later beat Hampton 3-1.
Sophie Thibeault scored in both games and added an assist to earn CAA Offensive Player of the Week.
Teagan Gardner was named CAA Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season after being the only goalkeeper to secure two wins.

This is the fifth game in the series versus Stony Brook. Each team has won twice with the home team prevailing each time.

Thibeault leads the team in assists with three and is second on the team in goals with the same total. The Seawolves leading scorer is Emily Lemke who has six goals.
