TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University football team is ready for spring practice, getting its first team reps in on Saturday, March 7.
 
The team will begin practice on the Lower Fields Complex on March 7 at 8:25 a.m. and continue through April 17, where the team will have its spring game at the Under Armour Headquarters in Baltimore. Towson will primarily practice on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with the exception of spring break.
 
March 7 will mark the first time where the new Tigers, including transfers and freshmen who enrolled early in the spring semester, will compete in team drills. 
 
Towson won its final two games of the 2025 season to finish 6-6 overall and 4-4 in the Coastal Athletic Association.  It is the sixth time in the last seven fall seasons where Towson has finished .500 or better in league play.
