WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. - The Towson University women's lacrosse team traveled to New Jersey on Saturday to close out the regular season against Monmouth. The Tigers (7-10, 5-2 CAA) defeated the Hawks (9-8, 1-6 CAA) 12-11 in overtime.
Hannah Lewis paced the Tigers with six goals - including the overtime winner - setting a career high for the redshirt junior. Luca DeMaio and Elise Smigiel added two goals apiece, while Valerie Thompson and Annie Minoglio each scored once.
