Biography
2021: Towson's primary tight end, playing in eight contests with six starts... made 13 receptions on the year for 152 yards and a touchdown... had Towson's first touchdown of the season on a eight-yard catch in the team's Battle for Greater Baltimore victory at Morgan State (9/4)... made four receptions for 56 yards, each season-highs, in home win vs. Rhode Island (10/16).
2019: Appeared in all 12 games at tight end and on the kickoff unit... compiled 13 catches for 157 yards and a touchdown... made first catch with Towson for 26 yards in victory at The Citadel (8/31)... Career-high 35-yard catch vs. Villanova (9/21)... Made first-career touchdown catch for 15 yards at James Madison (10/26).
2018: Moved from quarterback to tight end, did not see game action.
2017: Did not see the field in his first season with the program.
LINCOLN UNIVERSITY: Played one season at Lincoln University…went 97-for-225 for 1,245 yards and seven touchdowns…added 278 yards and a score on the ground…selected to the CIAA All-Rookie Team…threw for a season-high 338 yards and two touchdowns against Saint Augustine’s, adding a rushing TD in the game.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Jae Jackson at Bowie High School…went 168-for-290 for 2,907 yards and 33 touchdowns in earning second-team all-state honors from the Capital Gazette as a senior.
PERSONAL: Son of Anthony and Vikki Epps…both parents attended Towson…father played football for the Tigers…majoring in physical education.
