2019 Cross Country: Led the team in all 5 meets…Finished 1st at Towson Invitational with time of 15:32.4 in 4000-meter…finished 3rd at JMU Invitational with a time of 21:44.5 6k…7th at Br. Paddy Doyle Meet in 5k…16th at Princeton Invitational with a time of 21:45.9…placed 20th at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 20:43.5 in the 6k…the best finish in recent program history and best for her all season long.

2018-19 Outdoor: Helped Towson finish second overall at the ECAC and CAA Championships during the outdoor season … The ECAC finish was the best in program history … Ran as a member of the 4 x 800-meter relay team that placed 11th at the ECAC Championships (9:28.48) … Qualified for CAA Championships … Ran collegiate best times in the 5,000-meter run (17:11.04) at the Larry Ellis Invitational and 1,500-meter run (4:39.31) at the Towson Invitational … She won the 1,500 at the Towson Invitational … Ran 17:17.70 in the 5,000-meter run in finishing eighth at the Florida Relays …

2018-19 Indoor: During the indoor season, helped Towson finish third at the ECAC Championships by running as a member of the 4 x 800-meter relay team that was eighth (9:09.32) … Was second in the mile at the Navy Invitational in a collegiate best time of 5:01.06 … Was second in the 3,000-meter run at Virginia Tech in a collegiate best time of 10:13.25 … Was second in the 5,000-meter run, her first career indoor race at this distance, at the Navy Winter Invitational (17:45.49).

2018 Cross Country: Competed in four meets in her rookie season … finished 11th at the Towson Invitational … ran a 6k personal best at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:53.5 … finished 16th at the CAA Championships

At Broadneck High School: Ran for head coach Brianna Bostic and the Bruins ... finished with a personal best of 5:06 in the 1600, 11:01 in the 3200 and 18:03 in the 5k ... was the runner up in the state championship 3200 event ... holds 11 school records ... holds two ISST records ... her most memorable achievement in high school was winning the 3200 at the International School Sports Tournament in London ... named 2017 Athlete of the Year ...
