2022-23: His 1:47.15 in the 200 back at the CAA Championships stands sixth all-time in program history, good for 11th in the event... swam a 1:47.52 in preliminary heats of the 200 IM at CAAs, good for third all-time in TU history... stands fourth all-time in program history in the 400 IM with a 3:55.23 at CAAs, good for 6th in the event... his 55.20 in the 100 breast at the Patriot Invitational is third all-time in program history... swam a 50.31 in the 100 IM at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship, good for third all-time at TU... named a team captain for the 2022-23 season.

2021-22: Swam in seven events as a junior, primarily in the middle distance events … won the 400-yard individual medley in a dual meet against Delaware (Jan. 29) with a time of 4 minutes, 5.20 seconds … took second in the 200-yard IM at William & Mary (Oct 23) in 1:55.14 and the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:03.62) in the same meet … finished eighth at the CAA Championship meet in the 200-yard IM (1:48.33) … took fourth in the 400-yard IM with a 3:57.39 at the league meet.

2020-21: One of Towson’s top distance swimmers … held the team’s best time in the 1,650-yard freestyle (16 minutes, 10.87 seconds) … had the second-fastest time in the 1,000-yard freestyle (9:56.57) and the 200-yard individual medley (1:50.09) … posted the team’s fastest 400-yard IM (3:58.24) … took eighth in the CAA Championship 200-yard IM (1:51.17) … finished second in the 400-yard IM (3:58.33) at the CA meet … took sixth in the 1,650-yard freestyle (16:10.87) in the same meet.

2019-20: Finished second at Georgetown in the 200-yard butterfly (1:57.39)… Posted a time of 1:56.82 in the 200-year butterfly in a four-team meet at Navy… Finished second in the 200-yard individual medley at home vs. UMBC (1:54.41)… At Bucknell Invitational, he posted a time of 4:08.04 in the 400-yard individual medley… Took third place at home vs. Delaware in the 1000-yard freestyle (9:47.65).

Personal: Son of Laurence and Deborah Flint… Brother of Matthew and James … From Glenridge, New Jersey… Individual accomplishments include placing 10th in the 200 IM in 2019 NJISSA State of Meet Champions, placing 2nd in the 200 IM and 100 breaststroke in 2019 NJISSA Boys’ Team Championships, SAC Athlete of the week and month in January, First Team 2019 and 2018 SEC All Conference Swimming Team 200 Individual Medley, MVP 2017-2018, placed 1st in 200 IM and 500 freestyle in 2019 Super Essex Conference Championship and Rookie of the Year 2015-2016… Enjoys playing golf and camping… Among his favorites the Giants and Devils (pro teams), Harry Potter series (movies), Chipotle (meal), and Will Farrell (actor)) ... major is biology.
