HIGH SCHOOL: Multi-sport athlete at Lake Forest High, competing in softball, basketball, volleyball, field hockey and cross country... Third Team All-State shortstop and First Team All-Conference utility player as a senior, hitting .389 with 33 RBI, 75 runs and 36 walks... finished with a .940 fielding percentage, playing in the infield and at catcher... in volleyball, led her team to a playoff berth for just the second-time ever... earned Scholar-Athlete award all four years... member of the National Honor Society and Business Professionals of America... Vice President of her freshman class and Secretary in final three years.

PERSONAL: Majoring in mass communications with a minor in business... daughter of Robert and Cora Reed... has a sister, Shaina, who played softball at Western Carolina.
