2008-09: A sensational fall helped him to rank 38th nationally at the end of the year ... he was the only CAA golfer to average under par (70.3) last fall ... at one point was ranked 11th nationally in average (69.9) ... closed out the fall ranked 17th nationally and 4th regionally on score vs. par ... played in eight of the 11 tournaments for Towson last year ... through the first event of the spring he never finished higher than 8th ... finished first for Towson in the first six events ... played 11 of his 19 rounds under par and two at par ... finished first, taking medalist honors at the Rutgers Invitational with a 5-under, career 36-hole low 137 (68-69), to earn CAA Golfer of the Week honors ... tied for 6th at The McLaughlin with a 1-over 211 (72-68-71) ... tied for 3rd at Xavier with a 7-under, career low 209 that included a career low 67 on the second 18 holes ... tied for 7th at the Austin Peay Invitational with 4-under 212 and picked up his second CAA Golfer of the Week honor ... tied for 8th at the Old Dominion Seascape with a 145 that included a 6-over 76 on the final round for his highest score of the fall ... began the 2009 spring with a 6-over par 150 to tie for 3rd at the Lonnie Barton ...  during the 2009 summer he was one of just 25 golfers nationally to qualify for both of the USGA's U.S. Public Links and U.S. Amateur events ... he also won the Brae Burn Invitational, an event that draws top golfers from the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas.

2007-08: A mainstay on the roster ... led the Tigers with a team best 75.5 average, playing 24 rounds in 10 events ... top performance was a tie for first at the Lonnie Barton Memorial with a 1-under 143 ... that 143 was the 36-hole low for a Tiger golfer that year ... Towson won the Lonnie Barton, capturing its first team title in almost four years ... led the Tigers in under par rounds with 4 ... his 217 (70-74-73) was 2007-08 Towson low for 54 holes ... he was the first place finisher for Towson in three events, all in the spring ... during the 2008 summer Chris captured the Arcola Cup title with a 6-under 138 at the Arcola Country Club, a tournament that draws the best from the metropolitan New York area.

2006-07: Played in most of the events ... top performance came in the William & Mary Invitational when he carded a 147 (74-73) to tie for 14th and finish second among Towson's golfers ... that 73 was his best round of the year ... registered 74-74 for a 148 at the Princeton Invitational ... tied for 27th at the CAA Championships with a plus-16.

AT CLARKSTOWN: Named Rockland Journal News Player of the Year three years in a row ... finished second in his senior year in the Rockland County High School Championship with a 74 ... won that championship as a freshman and sophomore ... placed second in the New York State High School championships in 2007 behind medalist John Duthie of Lansing who is now a Towson teammate ... the Rams were tough in 2006, winning the county, conference, section and state championships ... they won the county title in 2005 too ... was among the top 20 in the 2006 New York City Amateur ... qualified for the event by shooting a 1-under par 70 ... qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur by carding an even-par 144.

Scialo ... lists his father as the person he admires the most ... has caddied in the summer months ... his favorite athlete is another southpaw, Phil Mickelson ... favorite movie is Happy Gilmore ... his most memorable experience was a round of golf at Pebble Beach in a champions' tour event ... his dad attended St. John's, his mother attended Lehman College ... favorite restaurant is Peter Luger's Steakhouse ... his younger brother, Stephen, earned medalist honors at an MGA Amateur qualifier at Arcola by tying the course record with a 65 just two weeks before Chris' 2008 Arcola Cup championship ... majoring in Business ... son of Joseph and Annie Scialo.
