Veteran defensive lineman who will be competing for playing time ... one of the strongest players on the roster ... one of the team's most experienced defensive linemen ... has tremendous quickness.

2010 SEASON: Played in 11 games as a reserve ... made 15 tackles and forced a fumble ... made 3 tackles against Massachusetts ... also had 3 tackles at Richmond ... made a tackle and forced a fumble at Villanova ... had 2 tackles at Delaware ... made pair of tackles against Maine.

2009 SEASON: Appeared in nine games and started once ... had 11 tackles and recovered a fumble ... made lone start of season in place of injured Yaky Ibia at Rhode Island ... helped Tigers to a 36-28 win at Rhode Island by recovering a fumble that set up a touchdown that gave the Tigers a 13-0 lead early in the game ... made seasonal high four tackles against #6 New Hampshire ... had two tackles against Delaware ... made two tackles against #1 Richmond.

2008 SEASON: Appeared in 9 games and started 7 times ... made 38 tackles, ninth on the team ... had three tackles for lost yardage ... tied for team lead with 2.5 quarterback sacks ... had a fumble recovery ... made debut at Coastal Carolina and had 4 tackles ... made first start of career against Northeastern ... made 6 tackles against the Huskies ... had 4-yard sack against Northeastern ... led Tigers to win over Rhode Island with 5 tackles, including a sack ... had 3 tackles and recovered fumble at New Hampshire ... made a career high 8 tackles against #16 William & Mary ... made 4 tackles at Delaware ... made 4 tackles and blocked extra point in Tigers' upset bid at Villanova ... had 3 tackles in finale against James Madison ... helped Tiger offense as extra blocking back in short-yardage situations.

AT CLARKSBURG H.S.: Talented defensive lineman who earned first team All-State honors as a senior ... two-way starter on defensive line and fullback ... led a very young Coyote program to a 12-1 record and a berth in the state semi-finals in just the program's second year of existence ... made 86 tackles with five quarterback sacks as a senior for Coach Larry Hurd ... named first team All-Montgomery County and All-League ... also played fullback and ran for 726 yards ... scored 15 touchdowns in 2007.
