Biography

Two-year starter at offensive center ... intense offensive lineman who has been a fixture on the line for the last two seasons ... very smart lineman ... hard worker who has made tremendous progress ... one of the Tigers' most experienced offensive linemen ... has served as "quarterback" of the offensive line for the last two seasons ... making a comeback from injuries which sidelined him for the final five games of the 2009 season and all of the Spring season ... made 20 consecutive starts before suffering season-ending injury against Delaware ... was a freshman "red shirt" in 2006.

2009 SEASON: Starter in first six games at offensive center for the Tigers ... suffered neck injury in Homecoming Game against Delaware ... missed the rest of the season, ending streak of 20 consecutive starts.

2008 SEASON: Starter in all 12 games at offensive center for the Tigers ... only offensive lineman to start every game ... consistent lineman who developed into a team leader.

2007 SEASON: Appeared in three games and started twice ... replaced injured Nick Bradway at Maine in ninth game of season ... did well and started the Tigers' final two games of the year ... made first two career starts against Villanova and James Madison.

AT CENTRAL YORK H.S.: Three-year starter on the Panthers' offensive line ... earned All-State honors for Coach Brad Livingston ... first team All-York County selection as a senior ... led the Panthers to an undefeated regular season and the York YAIAA championship in senior year ... honorable mention All-County pick as a junior, helping the Panthers post a 6-4 record ... selected by coaches to participate in the War of the Roses Game ... played in the PSFCA East-West Pennsylvania All-Star game ... helped Panthers compile a 15-game winning streak in final two seasons of career.
