Aggressive, physical defensive back who is competing for starting position at strong safety ... has plenty of speed ... played wide receiver in 2008 ... one of the Tigers' most experienced defensive backs ... rangy player who covers a lot of ground ... has been hampered by injuries during career ... freshman "red shirt" in 2007 ... made one tackle and intercepted a pass, returning it 30 yards, in the 2011 Tiger Bowl.

2010 SEASON: Played in nine games as defensive back ... started six games at strong safety ... also saw action at cornerback ... had four tackles and broke up a pass at Villanova ... made four tackles and recorded the first interception of his career at Columbia ... made a career high seven tackles and broke up two passes against Massachusetts ... made three tackles at Richmond ... contributed six tackles at Delaware ... had three tackles in season finale at New Hampshire.

2009 SEASON: Played in only two games as reserve defensive back ... sidelined by ankle injury after Coastal Carolina game ... helped Tigers to win over Coastal Carolina with two tackles ... had one pass break-up and a quarterback hit.

2008 SEASON: Played in 12 games as a reserve who played wide receiver and defensive back ... saw action on special teams ... caught two passes for 26 yards as wide receiver ... had ten kickoff returns for 168 yards ... third on team with 168 kickoff return yards ... made five tackles ... had six kickoff returns for 112 yards in season opener at Navy with a career long 32-yard return ... helped Tigers to win over Columbia with two catches for 26 yards ... switched to defense prior to win over Rhode Island ... had one tackle against URI ... also had a tackle against William & Mary ... made one tackle at Delaware and had a 22-yard kickoff return ... had two tackles against James Madison.

AT SPRINGBROOK H.S.: Named first team All-Montgomery 4A League at wide receiver ... also played defensive back for the Blue Devils ... named as team's Most Valuable Player ... caught 26 passes for 465 yards and two touchdowns as a senior for Coach Rob Wendel ... helped Blue Devils post a 7-3 record ... member of the Blue Devils' basketball team ... competed for track and field squad.
