Biography

Very quick playmaker who is competing for playing time at running back ... can also return kicks ... very dangerous with ball in his hands ... was a freshman “red shirt” in 2009 ... has tremendous quickness ... wore #30 in 2010 but switched to #26 in the Spring of 2011 because of his respect for Ollie Thomas, who wore the number for the last four seasons ... progress has been hampered by injuries in career.


2011 SEASON: Played in three games as a sophomore ... saw action against Morgan State, Villanova and Colgate ... suffered injury and did not play in final nine games ... ran for ten yards on two carries in win over Villanova ... had one carry for four yards in Homecoming win over Colgate.


2010 SEASON: Played in the first six games before suffering an ankle injury ... missed the rest of the season ... Tigers’ fourth-leading rusher with 139 yards on 36 carries ... also caught six passes for 50 yards ... ran for a seasonal high 44 yards on nine carries in collegiate debut at Indiana ... had an 11-yard run against the Hoosiers ... rushed for 29 yards on seven carries in five-overtime win against Coastal Carolina ... ran for 28 yards on seven carries at Columbia ... accumulated 82 all-purpose yards against nationally-ranked Massachusetts ... rushed for 38 yards on eight carries against UMass ... had a seasonal long 18-yard run against the Minutemen ... caught three passes for 44 yards against UMass ... had seasonal long 30-yard reception against the Minutemen.


AT GWYNN PARK H.S.:
Earned All-County honors for the Yellow Jackets ... ran for 653 yards as a senior and scored 11 touchdowns ... helped the Yellow Jackets post an 8-3 record and earn a berth in the state playoffs ... scored five touchdowns on kickoff returns for Coach Danny Hayes ... ran for 124 yards on 14 carries with three touchdowns in win over Forestville ... member of the Yellow Jackets’ state championship team as a sophomore.
