2015: Appeared in12 games, all out of the bullpen…went 1-2 with a 4.34 ERA…tossed four shutout innings, allowing just three hits, to earn the victory over Cornell…pitched 1.2 innings of shutout baseball against Elon…did not allow a run over 2.2 innings against Maryland…retired all six hitters he faced at Delaware.

2014:  Appeared in 21 games out of the bullpen…went 1-0 with a 5.59 ERA…struck out 21 over 29 innings…fanned three over three hitless innings against Georgetown…allowed just one earned run over first six outings…struck out five over 4.2 innings in two relief appearances against College of Charleston…tossed two perfect innings, fanning three, against Bucknell.…picked up the victory in relief in a come-from-behind victory over James Madison.

2013:  Appeared in 13 contests out of the bullpen…went 0-2 with a 6.23 ERA…fanned 17 over 17.1 innings…did not allow a run in first five appearances…tossed career-best four innings, striking out five, against UMBC…pitched 1.1 shutout innings at Virginia.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played for head coach Lou Eckerl at Calvert Hall High School…earned All-MIAA honors as a senior in helping the Cardinals win the MIAA championship…finished the season with a 9-1 record and a 2.81 ERA…named a preseason all-state selection…went 6-2 with a 3.18 ERA as a junior…selected to the MSABC All-Star game…honor roll student.

PERSONAL:  Born March 12, 1994…son of Ron and Joy Walther…has one brother and one sister…favorite professional team is the Baltimore Orioles…favorite major league player is Gio Gonzalez…favorite movie is The Campaign…most memorable moment was winning the MIAA championship at Ripken Stadium…majoring in business finance.
