Biography

Phyllis Brown is the administrative assistant for external relations. Brown started at Towson University in 2000, worked on the academic side, started in the  Psychology Department,  then working as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the Honors College and then for the Dean for Fisher College  for 8 1/2 years. Brown was looking to take a different directions and  came over to athletics in 2008.  

Brown is married with three children, two sons at Towson University, one is on the football team, and her daughter attends Harford Community.
