Four-event gymnast with outstanding potential ... solid team leader who will be one of the Tiger co-captains ... has done very well in the pre-season ... should be one of the Tigers’ top performers in three events ... has made improvement on bars ... product of one of the top gyms in the country ... has plenty of skill ... named All-ECAC second team on vault and floor in 2011 ... earned All-ECAC first team honors on floor exercise in 2009 ... very good student.


2011 SEASON:  Competed in 11 meets as a junior ... member of bars team in every meet ... part of vault lineup in ten meets ... competed on floor nine times ... averaged 9.41 on bars and 9.71 on floor ... earned a 9.425 on bars and a 9.70 on floor in season opener at Brown ... helped Tigers to win over George Washington with a career high 9.70 on bars ... finished fifth on floor (9.725) to help Tigers win Temple’s Ken Anderson Memorial Meet ... tied for third place on floor (9.75) at Cornell’s Big Red Invitational ... had a 9.50 on bars and a 9.70 on floor at Shelli Calloway Memorial Invitational, helping Tigers to title ... tied for fourth on bars (9.625) and third on floor (9.70) in Tigers’ win over Southern Connecticut ... helped Tigers to win at William and Mary with 9.525 on bars and a 9.65 on floor ... finished second on vault with a career high 9.725 score in Tigers’ double win over Rutgers and Yale ... also finished fourth on floor (9.775) and had a 9.50 on bars in double victory ... had solid performance at ECAC Championship Meet ... finished 11th on vault (9.70) and 15th on bars (9.50) ... also tied for 11th on floor (9.775) ... earned second team All-ECAC honors on vault and floor.


2010 SEASON:  Competed in 11 meets as a sophomore ... member of vault team in seven meets ... competed on floor exercise in 11 meets ... averaged 9.42 on vault ... had a 9.49 average on floor exercise ...  ... earned a career high 9.825 score on floor exercise in win at Rutgers ... helped Tigers to double win in season finale with a first place finish on floor exercise (9.775) ... topped the 9.60 mark on floor six times ... had a 9.60 score on floor in win over William & Mary ... contributed a 9.625 score on floor to help Tigers win Shelli Calloway Invitational Meet ... posted a 9.675 score on floor and a 9.60 on vault at George Washington ... helped Tigers win ECAC championship with a 9.425 score on floor exercise ... finished fifth on vault (9.70) in Tigers’ win at Ursinus.


2009 SEASON:  Competed in ten meets as a freshman ... saw action on vault and floor exclusively ... health issues limited her to two events ... helped Tigers to a win at Ursinus with a 9.55 on vault and a 9.45 on floor ... helped Tigers to win at Cornell with a 9.575 on vault ... had a career high 9.70 on vault at Shelli Calloway Invitational, finishing sixth in the meet and helping Tigers win the championship ... helped Tigers to win over Yale with a 9.65 on vault and a 9.55 on floor ... earned 9.65 on vault and floor at George Washington ... helped Tigers to triple win in home finale with a 9.675 on vault and a 9.625 on floor ... keyed Tigers’ fifth consecutive ECAC championship with an outstanding performance on floor ... earned a career high 9.75 on floor to tie for sixth at meet as team earned a 48.80 team score on floor to come from behind and win the title ... also had a 9.45 on vault at ECAC Championship Meet.


BACKGROUND: Competed for Brestyan’s Gymnastics Club for six years ... Level 10 gymnast for Coach Mihai Brestyan for four years ... helped club team win Level 10 state championship four years in a row ... Level 10 Regional qualifier for four straight years ... Level 9 Regional qualifier twice ... finished fifth in the all-around at 2007 Regional Meet ... turned in a sixth place finish in the all-around at 2008 Regional Meet ... qualified for Junior Olympic Nationals in 2007 and 2008 ... started competing in gymnastics at the age of four years old ... had career highs of 9.5 on vault, 9.35 on bars, 9.375 on beam, 9.4 on floor and 36.8 as an all-around ... club teammate of Alicia Sacramone, a member of the United States Olympic gymnastics team which won a silver medal ... AT WALPOLE H.S.:  Competed for high school gymnastics team as a senior ... joined gymnastics team when it was in danger of being discontinued due to a lack of gymnasts ... helped the Rebels to the finest season in school history ... led Rebels to Bay State Conference championship with an undefeated record ... honored as Bay State Conference Most Valuable Performer ... also led the Rebels to a second place finish at the national high school championship meet ... finished as national runner-up in the all-around competition ... set every school record for Coach Inez May ... set school records for vault (9.80), bars (9.70), beam (9.45) and floor (9.50) ... also set school record in the all-around (38.30).
