Biography
2010 Fall: Posted the 3rd best average (75.2) on the team for the fall ... best finish was a 12th at the Navy Fall Classic where he shot a 4-over 146 (72-74) ... tied for 26th with a 2-over 218 (74-72-72) at the ODU/OBX Invitational ... low round for the fall was a 2-under par 70 to open the F&M Bank Intercollegiate ... led the Tigers with 3 even-par rounds.
2009-10: Slipped a little from his sophomore year, finishing with a 76.3 average ... played just two events in the fall but all eight in the spring ... came through in the CAA Championships when he tied for 12th (his best finish of the year) with a 225 for 54 holes ... matched his year's low score with a 72 in the opening round ... saved is best for last carding a season low 223 at the NCAA Southeast Regional where he posted identical 72's in the final two rounds.
2008-09: Demonstrated in the fall he can be a solid contributor, averaging 74.1 strokes which was second best for the Tigers ... played in all five fall events ... tied Chris Scialo for top Towson honors with a 6th place finish at The McLaughlin when he carded career lows of 67 for 18 holes and 211 (74-70-67) for 54 holes ... those 67's were the only scores under 70 for a Towson player all year ... his scores soared in the spring due in part to an injury ... he averaged 84.1 strokes in three events... had to withdraw from the Towson Invitational in late March with a separated shoulder ... played just one event after that finishing 52nd in the CAA Tournament.
2007-08: Had a better spring than fall last year ... best efforts included a tie for 5th at the Lonnie Barton Memorial with a 6-over 150 and a 6-over 148 to tie for 25th at the First Market Bank tournament ... low round was a 73 carded twice ... averaged 77.7 for his 18 rounds last year.
At Aberdeen: A transfer from Harford Community College but he did not compete for the Owls, thus saving his freshman year of eligibility at Towson ... won the 2003 and 2005 MPSSAA State Class 3A/4A individudal championships ... captured the Harford County individual title in his freshman year with the Eagles ... was named Player of the Year for Harford County in 2006 ... selected first team All-Metro in his junior and senior years ... shot a low round of 30 and averaged 34.0 for nine holes in his senior year ... won the District 7 individual championship in 2004 ... he is the six-time defending club champion at Ruggles Golf Course ... won his first club title at the age of 13 ... played four years of baseball at Aberdeen ... his senior year he hit .524 and was a first team All-County second baseman
