Biography

2016 Season: Served as a co-captain during his redshirt senior season … named Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-America … named to Preseason All-CAA Team … finished as a Senior CLASS Award Finalist … named to the Tewaaraton Trophy Watch List … named CAA Defender of the Week (March 8) … earned NCAA Defensive Player of the Week honors (March 9) … tabbed Baltimore Sun Player of the Week (March 11) … named Second Team All-CAA … earned CAA All-Tournament plaudits … played in the prestigious USILA North/South Game for the South squad … selected as a USILA Scholar All-American … drafted in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL) fourth round by the Charlotte Hounds, the 27th overall pick …  started in all 19 games for Towson during his redshirt senior campaign … logged 1,106 minutes in goal, making 159 saves in that time … finished with a season goals against average of 6.89, ranking first in Division I … reset his own single-season goals against average record of 7.57 from the 2015 campaign … made a season-high 16 saves in the Tigers’ 10-8 win at No. 5 Loyola (March 2) during the regular season … stopped a season second-best 15 shots against Fairfield (May 7) to clinch the Tigers’ third CAA Championship with a 4-2 win … had a .556 save percentage, ranking 13th nationally and eighth in a single-season at Towson … allowed double-digit goals just three times in the program-record 19 games … scored his first career point with a buzzer-beating fourth-quarter goal against Fairfield (April 23) … won the 36th game of his career in the Tigers’ first-round NCAA Tournament win at Denver, setting the CAA record for wins by a goalkeeper … set the program’s single-season wins record with 16, besting the previous mark of 14 … finished with a career goals against average of 7.93, second-best in Towson history behind Mark DeGroat’s mark of 7.30.

2015 Season: Second Team USILA All-American ... tabbed as CAA Defensive Player of the Year … earned All-CAA First Team honors … named USILA Defensive Player of the Week (April 1) … selected as Towson Male Athlete of the Week (March 17) and CAA Player of the Week (Feb. 17) ... selected as Towson University Male Athlete of the Year … set Towson single-season goals against average (7.57), which ranked in top five in NCAA this season … made 174 saves at a 56.7 percent clip, a percentage that ranks fifth in Towson history for a single season … finished with a 12-6 record, second-most wins for a keeper in the Division I Era (1980) … finished second in the CAA in goals against average (7.57), save percentage (.567) and third in saves per game (9.67) … played more minutes than any CAA keeper by over 200 minutes. 

2014 Season: Started all 15 games ... saw action in 890:45 minutes ... made 144 saves and allowed 143 goals for a .502 save percentage ... posted a goals-against average of 9.63 and collected 18 ground balls ... named CAA Player of the Week for the week of April 7 ... ended the season with an 8-7 record ... made a career-high 18 saves at No. 14 Johns Hopkins ... backstopped the Tigers to a 6-5 win over UMass with 16 saves and held the Minutemen scoreless for the final 19:52 ... made 10 or more saves seven times.

2013 Season: Appeared in one game in 2013 … substituted in against No. 2 Loyola when Towson was called for a penalty on the goalie … suffered a season-ending injury three-fourths of the way through the season.

2012 Season: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

At Corning East: Two-time first-team all-league selection ... led Hawks to state tournament twice ... three-sport standout who also played for golf and basketball teams.
