2017-18: Appeared in 30 games and started each one … Averaged 8.2 points, 2.6 assists, and 2.6 rebounds in 30.6 minutes … He scored in double figures 10 times, including a career best 21 points on 7-of-7 shooting against Loyola … The Tigers were 10-0 when Starr scored in double figures … Starr scored 16 points against Drexel … He handed out at least four assists seven times this season … Best all-around game was against William & Mary when he scored 15 points, handed out five assists, and had four steals … Was named to the Florida Gulf Coast All-Tournament Team … He was sixth in the CAA in free throw percentage (81.8), 12th in steals per game (1.1), 12th in assist to turnover ratio (1.3) and 13th in assists per game (2.6).
