2016: Appeared in 8 games…went 0-1 with a 5.23 ERA…made first career start against Virginia…allowed two runs over three innings…tossed two shutout innings at home against UMBC…followed it up with a scoreless inning against Delaware State.

2015: Appeared in 11 games, all out of the bullpen…went 0-1 with a 6.59 ERA and two saves…pitched two scoreless innings against UMES to earn his first save…allowed one run and struck out three over four innings to pick up the save at George Mason…had back-to-back scoreless outings against Delaware State and Northeastern.

2014: Appeared in five games, all out of the bullpen…struck out three over seven innings…made collegiate debut at Houston…tossed season-high 3.2 innings…did not allow a run in two-thirds of an inning at Georgetown…fanned two over a scoreless inning at William & Mary.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played for head coach Bryan Carmichael at Egg Harbor Township High School…went 2-4 with a 3.05 ERA as a senior…led the league in strikeouts in his 48 innings of work…earned honorable mention All-Cape Atlantic League honors…also played basketball for the Eagles…four-time Varsity Scholar.

PERSONAL:  Born March 17, 1995…son of Russell and Kathleen Allen…has one older brother…older brother played baseball at Stevens Institute of Technology…favorite MLB team is the Los Angeles Angels…favorite player is Mike Trout…favorite actor is Mark Wahlberg…most memorable moment was carrying a no-hitter into extra innings in a game against Atlantic City…majoring in molecular biology, biochemistry and bioinformatics.
