2016: Appeared in 20 games, making nine starts…hit .194 with a home run and four RBIs…delivered a pinch-hit RBI single in his first at bat of the season…came off the bench and hit a walkoff home run to defeat Mount St. Mary’s…drove in a pair of runs in the season finale at Northeastern.

2015: Appeared in 24 games, making 15 starts…hit .150 with 14 walks and 11 runs scored…made his collegiate debut at USC…walked and scored a run in a victory over Bryant…drove in his first run at Navy…went 2-for-4 with an RBI, two walks and career-best four runs scored in a victory over Hofstra in the series finale…put together a five-game hitting streak during the month of April.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played for head coach Kenny King at Chesapeake High School…helped the Cougars to the 4A state championship as a senior…hit .447 with 17 RBIs and 26 runs scored…two time all-county selection…selected to participate in the Brooks Robinson All-Star Game…hit .380 with 12 runs scored as a junior…posted a .420 batting average as a sophomore.

PERSONAL:  Born December 4, 1995…son of David and Eileen Drexel…has one brother…uncle, Bart, played baseball at Alabama…favorite teams are the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens…favorite athlete is Manny Machado…most memorable moment was winning state championship his senior year…majoring in health care management.
