2019: Played in three games as a pinch hitter, making collegiate debut at Sacramento State (Mar. 9).

HIGH SCHOOL: Letterwinner in baseball and football at Parkside High...three-time First Team all-conference honoree in baseball...competed in the Brooks Robinson All-Star Game, the MSABC Classic Game and the MSABC Future Game...Parkside High School Outstanding Athlete of the Year as a senior...member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Son of Matthew and Nikki Smith...has five brothers, Matthew, John, Josh, Thomas and Will, and two sisters, Caroline and Catherine...brother, Matthew, plays baseball at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
