Priority Points FAQ

What are Tiger Athletic Fund priority points?
Priority points are awarded to reward the loyalty, longevity and generosity of Tiger Athletic Fund donors and to provide an equitable program for allocating member benefits.

Why are priority points important?
Priority points are the basis for allocating or assigning season ticket requests; seat upgrade requests; parking requests; and away, neutral site and postseason game ticket requests.

Do I have to make separate contributions to the Tiger Athletic Fund to qualify for both ticket and parking priorities?
No, a contribution at the required level qualifies you for both ticket purchasing and parking priorities. For example, when a donor is a football season ticket holder and makes a $100 gift to the Tiger Athletic Fund he/she is provided parking purchase privileges in Lot 8 and ticket purchasing privileges in seating sections 110, 112, 210, and 212.

Do I have to make separate contributions to the Tiger Athletic Fund to qualify for both football and basketball benefits?
No, a contribution to the unrestricted Tiger Athletic Fund at the required level qualifies you for any associated benefits for both football and men's basketball.

What is my priority point ranking?
Any Tiger Athletic Fund members who are unsure of their priority point ranking may contact the Tiger Athletic Fund office directly at 1-877-986-9766 or email TAF@towson.edu to receive their current priority point ranking.

How can I improve my points ranking? How can I improve my seats?
The best way to improve your ranking is to make or increase your donations to the Tiger Athletic Fund as well as continuing to purchase season tickets to Towson Athletics events. The best way to improve your seat location(s), should you wish to upgrade, is to improve your points ranking.

Will I lose my seats?
The Tiger Athletic Fund Priority Point Program is not a complete re-seating of either Unitas Stadium or SECU Arena, and all season ticket holders have the first right of refusal to maintain their current season tickets.

What is the process for relocating if I want to upgrade my current location?
Season ticket holders wishing to upgrade their seat location to a section with a higher annual seat gift/contribution may do so by first renewing their current season ticket location and making their upgrade request in writing to the Fan Development Office. When the renewal period ends, all accounts requesting to upgrade will be contacted in Tiger Athletic Fund priority point rank order.

What is the process for relocating to a section with a lower annual seat donation?
Season ticket holders wishing to relocate to a section with a lower or no seat gift requirement must relinquish their seats and indicate their intentions in writing to the Fan Development Office. When the renewal period ends and upgrade requests have been processed, all accounts requesting to relocate will be contacted in Tiger Athletic Fund priority point rank order.
