Third-year performer for the Tigers ... transferred from Western Carolina University prior to 2007 season ... strong left-handed hitter who could be the Tigers’ rightfielder ... was very impressive in the Fall ... made some mechanical adjustments which improved his swing ... could also see action as designated hitter ... has also played first base ... has the potential to be an offensive presence in the Tiger lineup ... very good student who was named to the Colonial Athletic Association’s Commissioner’s List twice.
