2018: Appeared in 13 games, making seven starts ... went 1-6 with a 8.21 ERA ... had 30 strikeouts in 34.0 innings ... had two games with five strikeouts or more ... allowed one unearned run on four hits over seven innings and struck out a career-best seven against Charleston to earn the victory ... threw two scoreless innings, allowed two hits and struck out three against Marist.

2017:  Appeared in 15 games, making four starts…went 1-4 with an 8.84 ERA…struck out 22 over 37.2 innings…did not allow a run over two innings to earn the victory over Cal State Northridge…pitched a scoreless inning of relief at East Carolina…allowed just one hit over 4.2 shutout innings against Northeastern…tossed three shutout innings against UNCW.

2016:  Appeared in one game before season was cut short due to injury…struck out one in one inning of work at New Mexico State.

HAGERSTOWN COMMUNITY COLLEGE:  Played one season at Hagerstown Community College…went 6-3 with a 2.09 ERA and one save…appeared in 11 games, making three starts…struck out 78 and walked 14 over 73.1 innings…garnered second-team all-region and All-Maryland JUCO honors…selected to the All-Region XX Tournament team…allowed two earned runs and struck out eight in a complete-game victory over Allegany College of Maryland…fanned a season-best 13 over 8.2 innings against Chesapeake College…struck out 10 in a complete-game victory over Harford Community College.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played for head coach Melvio Martinez at Grand Street Campus High School…went 18-1 with a 0.51 ERA and 151 strikeouts in his high school career…earned Perfect Game Northeast High honorable mention honors as a junior and senior…helped the Wolves to the 2012 PSAL Class A City Championship.

PERSONAL:  Born October 6, 1996…son of Jose and Belkys Cuas…has one brother and one sister…brother, Jose, played baseball at Maryland and is currently in the Milwaukee Brewers organization…favorite professional teams are the New York Mets, Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Lakers…favorite athlete is Pedro Martinez…most memorable experience was visiting the Dominican Republic with his entire family…majoring in sport management.
