Biography

2018: Appeared in 44 games, making 32 starts ... hit .237 with two doubles and 12 RBIs ... had nine multi-hit games ... scored two runs against New Mexico State and in two games against Ohio ... had two RBIs against New Mexico State.

2017:  Appeared in 35 games, making 19 starts….hit .300 with eight doubles, one home run and nine RBIs…went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in his first start at Delaware State…delivered a pinch-hit three-run inside-the-park home run against Cornell…tied a school record with four doubles in a 4-for-5 effort against DSU…final double was a walk-off to center field…followed it up by going 3-for-5 with three runs scored against Elon…collected two hits in each of the two games against Maryland Eastern Shore.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played for head coach Frank Hood at Arundel High School…hit .373 with four doubles and 22 stolen bases as a senior…three-time all-county selection…helped the Wildcats to the county championships as a sophomore…earned honorable mention all-state accolades as a senior in football…garnered all-county laurels as a junior and senior as a corner and wide receiver.

PERSONAL:  Born April 6, 1998…son of David and Janet Cassard…has one sister…both parents are Towson graduates…favorite professional teams are the Washington Redskins and Baltimore Orioles…favorite professional athlete is Bo Jackson…majoring in business.
