2015: Appeared in 22 games, making 14 starts…hit .278 with five doubles and eight RBIs…also scored eight runs…got the start behind the plate in the season opener at USC…singled and drove in a run in the series finale with the Trojans…collected two hits, including an RBI double in the victory over Bryant…drove in three runs against George Mason…had a career-high three hits at UMBC.

MONTGOMERY COLLEGE:  Played one season at Montgomery College…hit .262 with four doubles and 13 RBIs…drove in three runs in his first game against CCBC Essex.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played for head coach Jason Gasaway at Quince Orchard High School…earned all-state and all-county honors after hitting .500 with 11 home runs and 20 RBIs as a senior…posted a .300 average with eight home runs and 30 RBIs as a junior...member of the honor roll…also a quarterback on the football team.

PERSONAL:  Born April 21, 1994…son of Bill and Ronda Plante…has one brother and one sister…father played baseball at Virginia Tech and in the Boston Red Sox Farm System…favorite professional teams are the Washington Nationals and Washington Redskins…favorite pro athlete is Juan Pierre…majoring in business management.
